Everything has been designed for sustainable results, something that the most recent reports on DEI in both North America and the UK have identified as not being fulfilled in previous efforts. This is not because companies don’t want to change, although some don’t, it's largely because companies haven’t taken the time to figure out what it is that they need, what about this large spectrum of inclusivity do they need to work on. Like with most things in life, we are all on a different journey. 

I have spent the best part of a year designing a programme and content that has the ability to change the way you think and do. I always like to say it is a lifestyle change, not a diet, because this is a concept that we all understand. Diets are temporary, eventually the thing that you attempt to change will morph back to its original self when your habits and behaviour does.

The approach to this learning is collaborative, it is multi disciplinary and it is on-going. You will not stop learning, even when your journey with the Shift ends. And because we focus on a data precision approach to your journey, we will know what works and what doesn’t. Helping you to understand what the next steps in your roadmap are.
